a group coaching workshop experience

The intimate monthly coaching workshop (max 5 participants) help you mindfully and intentionally set achievable goals for yourself. If you are looking to connect with curious women in an affirming space to share, learn and grow. This may be for you.

The 3 hour sessions are designed to lead you on a journey to reflect on your current situation, aspirations for your future and identify which areas of your life need addressing.

Through introspection and reflection you will also be able to define your goals step by step and work with me to look into how to plan your tasks per quarter and month. Together we help you think through your mindful plan and work to incorporate journaling as a tool to help you track your goals.

As from April 2022, the workshops will include a One hour coaching session that can be booked for up to a month after the workshop date. This coaching session will be a tool to help solidify the learnings from the workshop and identify individual planning challenges and address them.

The best part of the workshop was the guidance provided while reflecting on the various aspects of life. It was a very introspective session, though we were a group, one still could really take personal stock. It’s often easy to overlook and as such neglect some aspects of life.
