  • ONLINE WELL-BEING ASSESSMENT (2HR SESSION) using Positive Psychology Tools e.g. PERMA+ and The Earned Life Framework,

  • BESPOKE COACHING APPROACH tailored to you on the basis of results of the assessment

  • 12 60 Min powerful coaching sessions over 6 month

  • TAILORMADE LIFE WORK journal prompts, exercises to challenge yourself between sessions

  • IMMERSIVE PROGRAMME working with me as your cheerleader and accountability partner who fully believes in your and is invested in your growth

New clients work with me privately for two months. These two months include SIX 60-minute sessions, held via Zoom video call.

A done for you bespoke annual and quarterly *mindful plan and worksheet

3 follow up accountability calls over 2 months

Ongoing email/whatsapp support to answer questions between sessions
